Every day, or almost every day, I go from my "settlement" to Famara to have lunch in El Risco. After all, we need habits, also on Lanzarote. Today I had the best ceviche since years in El Risco. The waiter appeared to be happy with my compliments.
The artist, who designed the settlement, and her collaborator, were genuinely happy with the ceviche as well.
Then we went out for a walk, we were heading for the volcano Monte Corona.
