Back in the 90s I used to work briefly as a busboy in restaurant Tanti Baci. It changed my life.
This evening I had dinner with some of the people I met at Tanti Baci, the owner, a waiter.
The former owner said: “Back then I told my co-owner, ‘I need this chef, he is indispensable.’ The co-owner answered, ‘cemeteries are filled with indispensable people.’”
