My manicurist, Irina, now works at home.
Finally I decided to visit her for manicure and pedicure.
After a certain experience last summer I was slightly worried going to somebody’s home. You never know how many dead bodies you will find in the closet.
Irina lives on East Broadway. I haven’t been to East Broadway for ages.
While working on my nails Irina gave me a speech about the advantages of marriage.
At the end of my visit her speech turned into a cry of despair: “Get married for god’s sake,” she said. “You can divorce within a year. But if you stay a bachelor much longer it will be a stain on your record for ever.”
