In Minor Detail we follow a young woman who becomes obsessed with the brutal rape and murder of a Palestinian girl by a group of Israeli soldiers in 1949. Grunberg will talk with Shibli about her novel and the topics that lie at the heart of it, such as war, freedom, injustice, violence and the limits of empathy.
