Voor NRC schreef Arnon Grunberg een essay over 75 jaar Israël, de cultuur der nederlagen die doorgaans de collectieve identiteit vormt en waarom de militarisering van het messianisme in Israël levensgevaarlijk is voor de toekomst de wereld.
