While cleaning up my apartment I found three of my godson’s drawings.
I decided to frame them as a small present for him. The drawings were made in December 2007 in Lima.
The frame maker is a friend of mine; she is also one of my assistants.
This morning I got the framed drawings.
“Do you have new glasses?” the frame maker asked.
“Yes,” I answered, “I bought a new pair.” After I had settled my bill we went out for a cup of coffee.
We talked about Iraq and pick up lines.
