In Today’s FT David Mamet declares: “Voting for big government. It has ruined our country as it ruined yours.”

Well, let’s forget big government.

Mamet also says: “Anyone can write five people trapped in a snowstorm. The question is how you get them into the snowstorm. It’s hard to write a good play because it’s hard to structure a plot.”

In other words: the question is how you get them out of the snowstorm.
