Lady

Bank

This afternoon I went to the bank and I had a long conversation with my account manager. Back home I realized that I had left one of my gloves at the bank. It was freezing so I decided to buy a new pair. I went into a department store and I asked a salesman: “Do you sell gloves?” He pointed at a rack. “Leather gloves? These are the last ones. And this lady is going to take care of you.” The lady sold me a pair of gloves that was slightly too big for my hands, but she said: “It doesn’t matter, they will keep you warm.”
