Dinner

Around 12 p.m. I landed in Amsterdam, I went to my hotel, I took a nap, then I brushed my teeth and after that I went to the hospital.
My mother was sitting in bed, talking to the home care nurse who was visiting her.
The home care nurse comes in twice a week, but as a courtesy she was visiting my mother in the hospital.
“Shall I go?” the home care nurse asked.
“Oh no,” I answered. “Stay!” A bit later my mother got her dinner. She gulped it down.
“Is it tasty?” I informed.
“I cannot taste anything,” my mother answered, “you must know that by now.”
