Last night I prepared dinner for my mother. (With the help of her caregiver I have to admit.) I made a fish bouillon as an appetizer, the main dish consisted of boiled codfish and salmon. The caregiver prepared the vegetables.
It was a simple meal but my mother and I enjoyed it.
