Arnon Grunberg

Tonight, I hosted a discussion about assimilation, adaptation and socially acceptable behavior. First we saw Woody Allen’s “Zelig”; then we started the discussion. Still, an excellent movie, “Zelig” and so good to see Susan Sontag, Saul Bellow and Bruno Bettelheim.
We saw Adolf Hitler as well of course, the peculiarity of the delivery of his speeches never ceases to amaze; the peculiarity shifts the attention away from the content to the delivery. It’s all about form.
