A friend forwarded me this clip.

It is perhaps too much of a dystopia, most dystopias tend to display a comforting kind of moralism, but the general idea about life in this clip, the suggestion that we can overcome the genetic lottery, that we can replace this lottery with the illusion of choice, should tickle our imagination.
After all, the whole concept of progress hinges on this belief: less lottery; more choice. Less tragedy; more justice.
