Dinner at De Parkiet (The Parquet) - two of the four main dishes were sold out, but the two remaining dishes were excellent and the service was absolutely charming.
The Bulgarian red wine was slightly expensive, but tasteful.
I left De Parkiet with the strong feeling that I should drink more Bulgarian wine.
