Arnon Grunberg

Last night we arrived in Greenville ME, 57 degrees, rain, it was a delight. In the restaurant there was a power outage. The waitress said: ‘We cannot bake anything, but we can fry it.’ I ordered fried clams. Tasteful, but the clams could have been anything.
In a front yard a sign: ‘Trump, take America back in 2024.’
Later that night the power outage appeared to be in most if not all of Greenville, also in our cottage. It took me fifteen minutes to get used to it, but then I decided, a power outage in Greenville ME is like the rain, and the Moosehead lake, a delight.
